The rich history of this delicious and versatile long- life crispbread dates back to a time when they were traditionally used by local shepherds while traveling for extended periods.

Our Asturi® Parchment Crispbread, also known as “Carta di Musica” because of its almost- transparent thinness, is crafted using only the highest quality Durum Wheat Semolina and Olive oil. Utilizing age-old artisanal methods, it is crafted over a full two days, ensuring the qualityand flavor in every bite.

Our gourmet parchment crispbread pair beautifully with classic Mediterranean foods, like prosciutto and savory cheeses. They are also perfect with soups and salads, and of course, with your favorite charcuterie boards.

We do not use milk, cheese, eggs, or honey in our recipe, making it ideal for VEGAN lifestyles!
